Mjejane Game Reserve is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including the Big 5. In addition to the Big 5, you can also find giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, crocodiles, and various species of antelope. The reserve is rich in birdlife as well, making it a haven for birdwatchers.

No, running and cycling are not permitted within the Reserve or Development Nodes for safety reasons. However, there are designated running and cycling trails available in the neighboring Kingsland Reserve.
Each lodge has its own process for booking game drives. Some can be arranged directly through us, while others are booked directly with the guide. All necessary details will be provided to guests upon booking.
The closest gates are Malelane Gate, approximately 20 minutes away, and Crocodile Bridge Gate, about 25 minutes from the Mjejane entrance. We recommend that guests prebook their day visits to Kruger National Park on the SANParks website for a smoother experience.

During this season, temperatures are mild, and animals tend to gather around water sources, making them easier to spot.
